Product Availability:
We will notify our customers within 1 business day of any items which are not in stock, that have been discontinued or items which have a price discrepancy upon receipt of the customer's order, or if we are unable to ship the items for any other reason. If the items a customer orders are out of stock, they will be notified by telephone or email and your salesrep will attempt to offer a similar substitute or an estimate of when the ordered item will be back in stock.
Chain is not included in pendant price.
Shipping:
We endeavor to ship all customer orders as soon as the proper verifications have been made. We strive to protect all of our customers from fraud.
1.All shipments will be fully insured.
2.A signature will be required for all shipments, no exceptions.
It is important that all customers inspect their package for signs of tampering or damage to the package upon receipt or prior to signing for the package.
Your Return Privileges:
Customers have the right to return any invoiced item(s) within 7 working days from receipt of their order. Any customer who wishes to return a shipment may do so without explanation. Customers are required to pay the return shipping fees. All returns must be insured. We will issue a credit or refund to the customer within 30 days of receipt of returned items. In order to receive a credit or refund all items must be returned in the condition they were received and must not show any damage or breakage from misuse.Please note that merchandise showing visible signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, damaged,engraved or special ordered cannot be accepted for return. All returns must have a RA (return authorization number). You must request your RA number before returning the item. You will receive an email with your RA number which must be included with the returned item. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
